SHC declares Musharraf ‘as wanted’

The Sindh High Court has declared former President Pervez Musharraf as wanted. The notice against the former president was issued during the hearing of the petition filed by Maulvi Iqbal Haider of the Awami Himayat Tehrik seeking action against Gen (retd) Musharraf and his aides, including advocate Sharifuddin Pirzada and former attorney general Malik Abdul Qayyum, for ‘disfiguring’ the Constitution and committing high treason.
